We bill per 8×10 vault, month to month, with no minimum. If your plans change, you change the storage with them. Move-in and move-out labor is quoted separately against the size of the move. Call us and we'll price your actual inventory.
There's no maximum. As long as the monthly billing is current, your shipment stays in its sealed vault in our climate-controlled warehouse.

Second, handling. We pack, load, store, retrieve, and deliver. You don't drive a truck or lift anything. Third, custody. Your belongings go into enclosed 8×10 vaults that we seal at intake and keep sealed until you call for them.
Yes. We can pull a single vault or specific items on request. There's a small handling fee and we ask for a few days' notice so we can locate the right vault without disrupting other shipments.
Long-term storage is warehouse storage, and warehouse storage liability is legally separate from the valuation that covers your goods while they're being moved. We'll walk you through the warehouse terms at booking. For art, collections, and antiques, ask your insurer about a separate policy on those items, often called an inland marine policy.
Anywhere in the United States. Locally, our own crews and trucks deliver across the Bay Area and California. Out-of-state deliveries run under USDOT 70719 as a Bekins Van Lines agent: we coordinate the long-haul transport and a Bekins agent on the destination end.
We bill per 8×10 climate-controlled vault per month, month to month. What you pay depends on how many vaults your household fills and how long you keep them, so we quote against your actual inventory rather than a flat rate.
