Family-owned San Jose movers since 1990. Same trained crews that move households also do junk hauling, cleanouts, and big-item removal across the Bay Area. Usable items go to local nonprofits, with donation paperwork for your taxes, and we recycle what we can.
If two people can't carry it out the door, we're probably the right call.
Couches, sectionals, beds and mattresses, dressers, dining sets, washers and dryers, refrigerators, ovens, water heaters. Anything you don't want and can't easily move yourself.
Hot tub removal is one of our most common requests. The crew disconnects the electrical and plumbing, cuts the tub into sections if it won't fit out whole, and hauls it off. We take pool tables, treadmills, swing sets, and sheds too.
Years of accumulated stuff: old furniture, holiday decor, exercise equipment, kid's toys, broken appliances, that one mystery box from the last move. We sort it, send what's usable to donation, and haul the rest.
Drywall, lumber, old flooring, fixtures pulled during the remodel, packaging from new furniture, leftover materials from the GC. We haul what the contractor didn't.
Old fencing, busted patio furniture, deck boards, broken planters, accumulated yard clutter. Larger than what your green bin will take and not worth a dump run.
Inherited a property, downsizing a parent, settling an estate. We work carefully. Items still in good shape get routed to donation or family if requested, the rest is hauled and properly disposed.
You're about to move and the new place is smaller, or you just don't want to pay to move stuff you don't need. We haul the cuts before the move so you're paying movers to relocate only what you're actually keeping.
Move's done, but the boxes the previous owner left, the furniture that didn't fit, the packing debris: none of it has a home. One pickup gets the place clean.
Realtor wants the garage and basement empty for showings. We clear it out fast so the listing photos and walkthroughs land cleanly.
GC or contractor finished the job and left the dumpster behind, or didn't. We pick up what's left so the new floors and fresh paint aren't sharing space with debris.
You've been putting it off, and the garage stopped holding a car a long time ago. The crew clears it out and you get the space back.
Settling a parent's home, inheriting a property, helping family transition. We handle it with respect: donation routing for usable items, careful disposal for the rest.
Why hire movers for junk hauling
We aren't a national junk-hauling franchise. We're a 36-year San Jose moving company. The crew that hauls your old couch is the same one that would move your house.
The crew that shows up is the same crew that does our moves: background-checked, in uniform, insured. Not contractors we found on a job board.
Box trucks, flatbeds, forklift and telehandler when needed for heavy stuff. We don't show up with a pickup truck and hope it fits.
Anything still useful (furniture, appliances, kids' stuff, working electronics) routes to local nonprofits and operators rather than the dumpster.
Metals, electronics, cardboard, clean wood get sorted and routed to recyclers. We work to keep the actual disposal pile small.
USDOT 1962166 and CAL T 188960, with general liability coverage and workers' comp for every crew member.
Family-owned since 1990. We're not a national franchise running a Bay Area outpost. We live here, our crews live here, our reputation is local.
Pricing depends on volume (how much truck space your stuff takes up), labor (how long it takes to load), and any specialty handling: hot tubs, pool tables, garage cleanouts with sorting, estate work. After a quick walkthrough or a look at your photos, we give you a written quote, so you know the number before pickup day.
Sometimes, when a crew is free. A single item (one piece of furniture, one appliance, one hot tub) is easier to fit in on short notice than a garage, estate, or multi-room cleanout, which needs time to match the crew and trucks to the job. Call (408) 941-0600 and we'll give you the earliest date we have.
Yes, and we'd rather. Furniture in good shape, working appliances, intact kitchenware, kids' items, books: these route to local nonprofits, donation centers, and Habitat ReStores rather than the dump. We can't promise zero-landfill on every job, but we work to keep the disposal share small.
Yes. Hot tub removal is one of our most common requests. The crew disconnects the electrical and plumbing, cuts the tub into sections when it won't fit out whole, and loads it onto a flatbed or box truck. Pool tables come apart into slate, frame, and rails.
That's fine. Most cleanouts start with the customer pointing at zones ("this whole garage," "this side of the basement," "all of the patio stuff"). The crew sorts as they go, asks before hauling anything that looks borderline, and we adjust the quote on the fly if the actual volume is smaller or larger than expected.
Yes. We handle them carefully. Most estate cleanouts have items the family wants to keep, items they want donated, and items to dispose of. We go zone by zone, ask before anything goes in the truck, and route donation items to local nonprofits with documentation if you need it for tax purposes.
Yes. Our USDOT number is 1962166 and our California license is CAL T 188960, issued by the Bureau of Household Goods and Services. We carry general liability coverage and workers' compensation for every crew member, and we can issue a certificate of insurance on request.
We don't haul hazardous waste, but we'll point you to the right disposal partner. Santa Clara County and most Bay Area counties run free or low-cost household hazardous waste drop-offs for residents. For larger commercial-volume hazmat, we coordinate with licensed hazmat haulers.
Yes. We cover the entire Bay Area: San Francisco, Peninsula, East Bay, South Bay, North Bay. Larger or more remote jobs we'll quote case-by-case based on travel time and crew availability.
Photos work fine. Send a few, or call and we'll set up a quick walkthrough. Either way, the quote comes back in writing.
