A few desks or a single conference room costs less as an hourly labor job than as a project-managed relocation, and we will tell you that rather than quote you a project. National multi-state facilities contracts that need permanent staff in every market are a better fit for an enterprise facilities firm. Certified records destruction with chain-of-custody requirements goes to a NAID-certified shred vendor, and we coordinate that partner rather than claim it ourselves.
And when the office sits attached to a warehouse or production floor, the machinery side is its own discipline: industrial relocation. When one of those is the better answer, you will hear it from us during the walkthrough.
For moves involving 50 or more workstations, we recommend 8 to 12 weeks of lead time so we can complete site surveys, coordinate with building management at both locations, and order any specialty materials. Smaller office moves can often be planned in 3 to 4 weeks.
Yes. We handle single racks through full server-room moves: disconnect, label, cushion-wrap, transport, reconnect, and power-on verification, with the cutover scheduled inside a maintenance window your IT team picks.
Yes. Our crews disassemble modular workstations, benching, and cubicle systems at the origin, reconfigure them to the new floor plan at the destination, and manage surplus furniture disposal or storage.
We carry comprehensive general liability coverage and issue a certificate of insurance naming your building promptly upon request, at both origin and destination. Freight elevator reservations and dock scheduling are coordinated directly with the property managers as part of the plan.
