What's the minimum commitment for business storage?
Project-based, tied to your move date or project milestone. Office overflow usually runs until the new space is ready; FF&E receiving for a hotel opening can run several months. There's no fixed minimum; we scope to your timeline.
How is business storage priced?
Project-based quoting rather than a fixed per-month rate. Cost depends on volume (cubic feet or pallet count), duration, services included (receiving, inventory, in-out handling), and any specialty handling required. Contact us with your project parameters and we'll quote it specifically.
Do you provide inventory tracking?
Yes. We provide intake documentation including item-level inventory, photographs of received goods, and condition notes. For multi-month FF&E projects, we can also provide periodic status reports as items arrive and are staged.
Can you receive shipments on our behalf without us being there?
Yes. That's a core part of FF&E receiving. We accept shipments at our warehouse on your purchase orders, inspect against the manifest, photograph any damage, and notify you of any discrepancies. You don't need to be on-site.
What about damaged or missing inbound items?
Every item is checked against the purchase order at receiving. We photograph and document damaged items and report them to the manufacturer or vendor so replacements can be ordered, and we build buffer time into the project plan for those replacements.
Can the same crew that stores my office also do the move?
Yes. Most of our business storage projects run the same way: we do the move-out, hold the contents in storage, then do the move-in to the new space. You get a single crew and a single point of contact, with no handoff between vendors.
Do you handle multi-site coordination?
Yes. For multi-site office rollouts or phased renovations, we assign a dedicated project manager who synchronizes inventory, schedules, and crews across all locations. It's a common pattern for hospitality groups opening multiple properties or businesses renovating multiple offices.
