Our Warehouse, Our Crews
We run the warehouse and the delivery crews ourselves. Our employees receive your inventory, store it, pick and pack it, and carry white-glove deliveries through your customer's door.
Orders that ship parcel, LTL, or full truckload leave our dock with an outside carrier, and you can follow each outbound shipment in the inventory portal.
Either way, one project manager handles your account from the receiving dock to the last delivery.

Our San Jose warehouse sits close to Highways 101, 87, and 280, giving our distribution teams fast, reliable access to every corner of the Bay Area and beyond. The facility has floor-to-ceiling racking systems, dedicated staging areas, and multiple loading docks sized for everything from parcel carriers to 53-foot trailers.
The warehouse has 24/7 security monitoring with controlled access. Climate control maintains consistent temperature and humidity throughout the facility to protect sensitive inventory year-round.

What types of products can you warehouse and distribute?
We handle a wide range of products including furniture, electronics, building materials, retail goods, trade-show exhibits, and hospitality FF&E. Our warehouse is climate-controlled and secured with 24/7 monitoring. We do not handle hazardous materials, perishable foods, or pharmaceuticals requiring cold-chain compliance.
Can I access real-time inventory data?
Yes. Our warehouse management system provides an online portal where you can view current inventory levels, inbound receipt confirmations, outbound shipment tracking, and historical reporting. We also support EDI and API integrations with popular e-commerce platforms and ERP systems.
What is your minimum commitment for warehouse space?
We offer flexible terms starting at as few as 10 pallet positions with month-to-month agreements. For larger programs, we provide volume pricing with quarterly or annual commitments. There is no long-term contract required to get started.
Do you offer same-day delivery in the Bay Area?
Yes, in Santa Clara County. Orders we receive by noon go out for same-day delivery anywhere in the county. Deliveries anywhere within 150 miles of San Jose arrive within two business days.
How do you handle returns and reverse logistics?
We process returns at our warehouse, inspect items against your return criteria, restock saleable inventory, and segregate damaged goods for disposal or manufacturer return. Return data is logged in our system so you can track return rates and reasons.
