Pallet racking taken down and installed, shop and lab equipment moved with forklift or telehandler support, and warehouses relocated across the Bay Area. Send the weight, dimensions, and photos, and we tell you if it is a job for our crew.
Industrial work has no rate card. The quote depends on the piece, its weight, and the way out of the building, so each job below lists what to send. A project manager reads it and comes back with a written quote, or tells you the job belongs with a rigging specialist.

Shop, lab, fitness, and facility equipment, moved with forklift or telehandler and flatbed support, then blocked and braced for the drive.
To quote it, send
Pallets, racking, and equipment moved warehouse to warehouse, or into our own climate-controlled San Jose warehouse, with 24/7 security monitoring, when the new space is not ready.
To quote it, send
Send the details through the quote form and email the photos to our office. Missing a number? Send what you have.
Emptying a facility instead of moving it? Cleanouts have their own page: facility decommissioning. On one school-district facilities yard cleanout, we hauled 4,000+ lbs of material in 7 hours with a 35-ft forklift and two flatbed trucks.
Every photo on this page shows our own trucks.

Some industrial jobs need a crane, a rigging specialist, or a production-line installer. Those jobs are not ours, and we say so when you send the specs, before anyone books a date.

Two things derail an equipment move: a piece that shifts in transit, and a building that stops the crew at the dock for missing paperwork. We settle both before the truck leaves the yard.

And for what happens if a piece is damaged in transit: how valuation works explains the coverage every mover operates under. Read it before you sign with anyone.

“Got a quote for a last minute move. Had some exercise equipment moved from Stockton to San Jose. They were super responsive. The move went great. No issues at all. Timely and organized. The two people that moved the equipment were fantastic. Would recommend to my friends and will definitely use again for future local moving needs.”

“We contracted with Silicon Valley Moving to move our company to our new headquarters. They initially sent a representative out before the move started, to give us a quote. A couple days later, several trucks as well as the crew promptly transferred all items from the office into the trucks. A portion of our office goods went to their storage, and the rest was hauled to our new headquarters. At destination, the crew offloaded all of our office goods and electronics, set up the monitors, and cubicles. Thank you everyone at Silicon Valley Moving & Storage for making this large move stress free. We will be using you again in the future.”

We publish no weight ceiling, because the answer depends on the piece and the route out of your building. Send the weight, the dimensions, and a few photos, and we will tell you whether it is a job for our crew.
Yes. We take racking down, move it, and install it at the new site, with forklift or telehandler support on site. For a quote, send the number of bays, the upright height, the beam levels, and photos of each rack run.
We block and brace equipment so it cannot shift. Sensitive pieces ride with vibration monitoring, and our bobtail-and-larger trucks run on air-ride suspension.
Yes. We can move warehouse contents into our own climate-controlled San Jose warehouse, which has 24/7 security monitoring, and deliver them to the new site when it is ready.
We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we issue a certificate of insurance naming your company or your building as additional insured. Tell us what your facility requires, and we file the certificate before the crew arrives.
No. Crane lifts, heavy rigging, and production-line reinstallation belong with a rigging specialist. If one piece like that sits inside a larger move, tell us, and we will say which parts of the job fit our crew.
Weight, dimensions, and a few photos are enough to start. A project manager comes back with a written project quote, or a straight answer if the job is not ours.
