We handle the whole physical relocation of an employee's household: packing and loading at the door, transport local or interstate, storage in our own warehouse when the dates do not line up, and delivery timed to their first day at work.

Your relocation policy covers a lot of ground. We cover the piece where a crew shows up at your employee's house, packs it, loads it, holds it when the dates slip, and delivers it to the new home on a named day.
We see employee moves break down in the same two places: the gap between move-out and move-in, and the handoff between whoever packed the house and whoever delivers it. Both get worse when you split the job across a broker, a van line, and a storage facility that have never spoken to each other.
We keep those pieces under one roof. Our crews do the packing and loading, our warehouse holds the goods when there is a gap, and our coordinator owns the schedule against the employee's start date. For interstate moves we are the Bekins agent on the origin side, so there is still one company answering for the shipment. We have given San Jose and Silicon Valley employers the same corporate relocation support since 1990.
Our own crews run each piece below, on our own trucks and in our own warehouse.
Our crews inventory the home, pad-wrap the furniture, pack what needs packing, then load and unload at the destination. These are the same crews we send on any residential move.
Start dates and lease ends often miss each other by weeks. When they do, your employee's belongings come back to our own San Jose warehouse and go into sealed storage vaults until the new place is ready. One company holds the goods start to finish.
We build the move backward from the employee's first day at work: pack date, load date, transit window, and a delivery date that lands before that day.
You might be opening an office or transferring a group in the same quarter. We put those households on one plan with one coordinator, so no employee has to arrange a move alone.
Local moves run on our own trucks and crews. Interstate moves run through Bekins Van Lines, where we have been the local agent for decades, so one accountable agent handles a relocation to Austin or Raleigh instead of passing it to a broker.
One coordinator knows the whole program: what you promised each employee, where every shipment is, and what happens next. HR calls that person directly.
We set every date on the move against the employee's first day at work.
You tell us who is moving, where from, where to, and when each person is expected to start. We survey each household and put the whole thing in writing.
We set pack, load, transit, and delivery dates against that employee's start date, and book storage for any gap between move-out and move-in.
Our crews pack and load at origin. Local shipments run on our trucks. Interstate shipments move through the Bekins network with the same paperwork and tracking.
Our crews bring the goods out of storage or off the truck and place and unpack them to the level you chose. We confirm each employee's move as it finishes.
A senior engineer accepts an offer in San Jose and has six weeks to get a household across the country. The company covers the move, and HR wants one vendor accountable for it.
An employee relocates to a Texas or Carolina office. The household moves interstate through Bekins, and the family stays with relatives for three weeks while the new house closes.
Eight employees relocate in the same quarter for a new site. Each household is different, but the schedule, paperwork, and reporting stay under one plan.
Move-out is the 30th and the new home closes on the 18th. We bring the goods into our warehouse, hold them in sealed vaults, and deliver them when the keys change hands.
We are a moving company and a Bekins agent, not a full relocation management company. The two lists below show what that covers.
Plenty of our work comes in alongside a relocation management company that owns those pieces. We are happy to be the mover inside someone else's program.
The physical relocation of the employee's household and the coordination around it: the survey, packing, loading, transport, any storage in the middle, and delivery timed to the start date. A relocation management company handles the rest of a program: benefits administration, housing, and immigration. If your program needs those pieces, we work alongside whoever provides them.
Yes. Our crews pack and load at the employee's home as they would for any move, then the truck returns to our own 20,000 square foot San Jose warehouse. Our crews unload everything into enclosed storage vaults that stay inside the warehouse, then seal and label each vault to that shipment. When the new home is ready, we deliver. Nothing is dropped off at a curb and nothing changes hands to a third-party facility.
Both. We have been the local interstate agent for Bekins Van Lines for decades, so a move from San Jose to Austin, Raleigh, Denver, or anywhere else in the country runs through that network with us as the accountable agent on the origin side. Moves into the Bay Area work the same way in reverse.
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a single interstate household, and eight or more is better if several employees are moving in the same window or the dates fall between May and September, when demand peaks. We take shorter notice, but the earlier you know the start date, the more control you have over the delivery window.
We quote each household on its own. Cost tracks the inventory, the distance, the packing level, access at both ends, and how long anything sits in storage. We survey the home and hand you a written estimate before you book anything.
Yes. We bill the company. The employee does not front the cost or file for reimbursement on the move itself. If your policy caps what the company covers, tell us the cap and we will scope the move against it and flag anything that would exceed it before the work happens.
Storage
30–90 day staging during a relocation. FF&E receiving before the new space is ready. Project-based commercial storage in our Bay Area facility. Same crews handling the move handle the storage.
