One company for the physical side of a relocation
We cover the part of your relocation policy where a crew shows up at your employee's house, packs it, loads it, holds it when the dates slip, and delivers it to the new home on a named day.
We see employee moves break down in the same two places: the gap between move-out and move-in, and the handoff between whoever packed the house and whoever delivers it. Both get worse when you split the job across a broker, a van line, and a storage facility that have never spoken to each other.
We keep those pieces under one roof. Our crews do the packing and loading, our warehouse holds the goods when there is a gap, and our coordinator owns the schedule against the employee's start date. For interstate moves we are the Bekins agent on the origin side, as we have been since 1990, so one company still answers for the shipment.

The household goods move
Our crews inventory the home, pad-wrap the furniture, pack what needs packing, then load, and on many moves unload at the destination. These are the same crews we send on any residential move.
Storage between dates
Start dates and lease ends often miss each other by weeks. When they do, your employee's belongings come back to our own San Jose warehouse and go into sealed storage vaults until the new place is ready, so one company holds the goods start to finish.
Scheduling around the start date
We build the move backward from the employee's first day at work: pack date, load date, transit window, and a delivery date that lands before that day.
Multi-employee moves
If you are opening an office or transferring a group in the same quarter, we put those households on one plan with one coordinator, so no employee has to arrange a move alone.
Moves in and out of California
Local moves run on our own trucks and crews. Interstate moves run through Bekins Van Lines, where we have been the local agent for decades, so one accountable agent handles a relocation to Austin or Raleigh instead of passing it to a broker.

Our crews pack and load at origin. Local shipments run on our trucks. Interstate shipments move through the Bekins network, with us as the agent on the origin side.
Deliver and close out
Our crews bring the goods out of storage or off the truck and place and unpack them to the level you chose. We confirm each employee's move as it finishes.

What does employee relocation cover here?
The physical relocation of the employee's household and the coordination around it: the survey, packing, loading, transport, any storage in the middle, and delivery timed to the start date. A relocation management company handles the rest of a program: benefits administration, housing, and immigration.
Can you hold an employee's belongings between move-out and move-in?
Yes. Our crews pack and load at the employee's home as they would for any move, then the truck returns to our own 20,000 square foot San Jose warehouse. Our crews unload everything into enclosed storage vaults that stay inside the warehouse, then seal and label each vault to that shipment. When the new home is ready, we deliver. Nothing is dropped off at a curb and nothing changes hands to a third-party facility.
Do you handle moves out of California, or only into the Bay Area?
Both. We have been the local interstate agent for Bekins Van Lines since 1990, so a move from San Jose to Austin, Raleigh, Denver, or anywhere else in the country runs through that network with us as the accountable agent on the origin side. Moves into the Bay Area work the same way in reverse.
How far in advance should we book an employee move?
Four to six weeks is comfortable for a single interstate household, and eight or more is better if several employees are moving in the same window or the dates fall between May and September, when demand peaks. We take shorter notice, but the earlier you know the start date, the more control you have over the delivery window.
What does an employee relocation cost?
We quote each household on its own. Cost tracks the inventory, the distance, the packing level, access at both ends, and how long anything sits in storage. We survey the home and hand you a written estimate before you book anything.
