For moves involving 50 or more workstations, we recommend 8 to 12 weeks of lead time so we can complete site surveys, coordinate with building management at both locations, and order any specialty materials. Smaller office moves can often be planned in 3 to 4 weeks.
Yes. Our IT relocation team handles everything from single-rack server moves to full data center migrations. We disconnect, label, cushion-wrap, transport, and reconnect all equipment. We coordinate with your IT staff and can schedule the cutover during a maintenance window to minimize downtime.
Absolutely. Our crews are factory-trained on major modular furniture systems including Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, and Haworth. We can disassemble at the origin, reconfigure to a new floor plan at the destination, and manage surplus furniture disposal or storage.
Every corporate move plan includes built-in contingency time. If unforeseen issues arise, our project manager adjusts crew allocation in real time. We guarantee a completion deadline in our contract, and if we miss it, we continue working at no additional charge until the move is done.
