Strategic office relocations planned around your operations. Zero-downtime execution, weekend crews at no upcharge, and your team back at their desks Monday morning.

A corporate relocation is a business-critical event. Silicon Valley Moving & Storage brings the discipline of a dedicated project manager to every office move — coordinating with your facilities team, IT department, and building management to keep operations running through the transition.
Our dedicated commercial project managers coordinate with your facilities team, IT department, and building management to create a relocation plan that accounts for every cable, every access badge, and every after-hours elevator reservation. We map your new floor plan before a single box is packed.
The result is a move that feels less like an upheaval and more like a well-executed strategy. We have relocated hundreds of Bay Area companies — from three-person startups to Fortune 500 campuses consolidating multiple floors — with zero Monday-morning surprises.
Full-cycle technology relocation from disconnect through reconnect. We coordinate with your IT staff on cutover windows.
Factory-trained on the systems your office already has. We disassemble, transport, and reconfigure to your new floor plan.
Coordinate household moves for transferring employees with discounted rates and white-glove service.
Synchronize schedules, equipment, and crews across multiple locations with a single project manager.

Evening, overnight, and weekend crews are not an add-on for corporate clients — they are how we work. Your business calendar is the schedule we build around, not the other way around.
Most Bay Area office moves are executed Friday evening through Sunday night so employees walk into a fully operational workspace Monday morning. We staff these moves with our most experienced commercial crews and a dedicated on-site project manager throughout.
Whether you need a phased multi-weekend move or a single all-in Friday-night push, we plan it, staff it, and execute it without a single line-item surcharge for off-hours access.
Most corporate relocations start from one of these situations. Each one changes how we sequence crews, equipment, and downtime.
Merging several floors or sites into one headquarters, where the furniture plan and headcount keep changing up to the final week.
Expanding onto an additional floor or suite while the existing team keeps working through the transition.
A hard exit date set by the landlord, where the move-out and the move-in have to be sequenced against each other.
Combining two office populations onto one floor plan, usually with mixed furniture systems and two different IT stacks.
Several Bay Area offices moving on a shared schedule, or one large move phased across consecutive weekends.
Relocating a single team or room within the same building or campus without disrupting everyone around it.

Multi-state office relocations are handled through our Bekins Van Lines agency. Whether you are consolidating regional offices, expanding into a new market, or relocating headquarters across state lines, our Bekins partnership gives you a single point of contact and a nationwide network of vetted crews and equipment.

“I've been working with Silicon Valley Moving and Storage for quite some time now and all of my clients have had nothing but amazing things to say. The moves are always seamless — a ton of attention to detail, wrapping furniture and art pieces as if it were their own. Professional and efficient!”

“The team at Silicon Valley Moving and Storage is top notch. Very professional, hard working, and trustworthy. They helped us with a short distance move on two separate days. I would absolutely use them again and give them my highest recommendation.”

For moves involving 50 or more workstations, we recommend 8 to 12 weeks of lead time so we can complete site surveys, coordinate with building management at both locations, and order any specialty materials. Smaller office moves can often be planned in 3 to 4 weeks.
Yes. Our IT relocation team handles everything from single-rack server moves to full data center migrations. We disconnect, label, cushion-wrap, transport, and reconnect all equipment. We coordinate with your IT staff and can schedule the cutover during a maintenance window to minimize downtime.
Absolutely. Our crews are factory-trained on major modular furniture systems including Herman Miller, Steelcase, Knoll, and Haworth. We can disassemble at the origin, reconfigure to a new floor plan at the destination, and manage surplus furniture disposal or storage.
Every corporate move plan includes built-in contingency time. If unforeseen issues arise, our project manager adjusts crew allocation in real time. We guarantee a completion deadline in our contract, and if we miss it, we continue working at no additional charge until the move is done.
Yes, multi-site relocations are a core competency. We assign a dedicated project manager who synchronizes schedules, equipment, and crews across all locations. Through our Bekins network, we also handle interstate office moves anywhere in the country.
A few desks or a single conference room is usually cheaper as an hourly labor job than as a project-managed relocation, and we will tell you that rather than quote you a project. National multi-state facilities contracts that need permanent staff in every market are a better fit for an enterprise facilities firm. Certified records destruction with chain-of-custody requirements goes to a NAID-certified shred vendor, and we coordinate that partner rather than claim it ourselves. When one of those is the better answer, you will hear it from us during the walkthrough.
