We carry full commercial general liability, automotive liability, cargo, and workers' compensation coverage and routinely issue COIs naming property managers, HOAs, security firms, and individual property owners as additional insured. Many Atherton properties (and the broader Peninsula gated communities) have specific limits and additional-insured language requirements; we'll match those exactly. Homeowners building a new Atherton residence, or doing a major remodel, frequently need a phased decant: pack and remove portions of the household, store at our climate-controlled San Jose warehouse, then deliver and place in the new home in stages as construction completes. We brief crews on access protocols, work with on-site security and household staff, sign NDAs when requested, and operate with the discretion the address calls for. Crews are background-checked, in branded uniforms, and supervised by a project lead who is your single point of contact for the duration.

Yes. Atherton is roughly 25 miles north of our headquarters at 186 Barnard Avenue, San Jose, about 35 minutes via 101 or 280. Most Atherton moves are run as same-region projects with our standard Peninsula service. Project-quoted, not hourly. The variables are inventory volume, specialty handling (fine art, wine, custom crating), crew size, number of days, equipment, and any storage component. After a walkthrough we provide a written project quote with everything itemized. We don't publish flat rates because the actual range is too wide. A small downsizing project and a 12,000-square-foot estate move are not the same job.
